HSCI’s Board of Directors Recommends no Dividends be Paid for 2016

Moscow – 18 May 2017.   The Human Stem Cells Institute (“HSCI”, MOEX: ISKJ), one of Russia’s leading biotech companies, today announced the decisions of the Company’s Board of Directors on the agenda of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (hereinafter – AGM) upon the results of FY2016.

Among other things, the Board of Directors has recommended that the AGM make a decision not to pay annual dividends, as HSCI reported a net loss in 2016 (see HSCI’s FY2016 results under RAS: https://eng.hsci.ru/investoram-i-aktsioneram/informatsiia-dlia-investorov/financial-highlights).

HSCI’s AGM will be held on June 21, 2017, at 11 a. m. (Moscow time) at 22 Tverskaya str., INTERCONTINENTAL MOSCOW TVERSKAYA (Popov Hall 1), Moscow 125009, Russia.

Shareholders as of record on May 29, 2017 will be entitled to participate in the AGM.
